Institutional Master Terms of Service

1. Software License Scope
Cogniloom grants subscribers a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to deploy our document intelligence pipelines within the agreed page throughput volumes and operator seat allocations defined in the executed Order Form.
2. Accuracy & Institutional Review
Cogniloom provides deterministic mathematical verification and coordinate bounding-box audit trails. However, the system is engineered to assist, not replace, designated institutional sign-off officers. Final underwriting commitments and statutory filings remain the responsibility of the licensed institution.
3. Service Level Agreements (SLA)
Cloud sovereign instances maintain a 99.5% (Starter) or 99.9% (Growth) service availability SLA. Enterprise air-gapped deployments include 24/7 dedicated engineering response for priority incident remediation.
